By creating an account and using the Beacon mobile application, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

Account Responsibility

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

- You will not use Beacon to harass, spam, or send unwanted invitations to other users

- You will not create fake accounts or impersonate others

- You will not attempt to access other users' data or bypass security controls

- You will not use Beacon for illegal activity

SMS Communications

- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications about event invitations, RSVP updates, and related communications

- Message frequency varies based on your event activity

- Message and data rates may apply

- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time

Content

- You are responsible for the content of events, messages, and signals you create

- We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms

Termination

- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms

- You may delete your account at any time

Limitation of Liability

- Beacon is provided as-is without warranties of any kind

- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application

Changes

- We may update these terms at any time

- Continued use of Beacon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
